Located at one of downtown Edmonton’s main gateway entries EPCOR Tower is one of the most distinctive structures in the provincial capital. It was the first phase of the Station Lands Project, a mixed-use multi-phase development in the downtown core that stretches four blocks from east to west.
EPCOR Tower boasts 624,000 square feet of office space, combined with retail and residential space. It offers tenants a complete range of amenities from daycare to fitness facilities, bike storage, and showers.
The project has been awarded a LEED® Gold Certification, with ultra-high efficiency, triple-glazed curtain wall system, 9’6″ ceiling heights, premium quality highly-efficient building systems, two balconies per floor and underground parking for over 900 vehicles.
Ledcor Properties Investments Ltd. and Qualico Developments West Ltd. were partners on the project, which at the time was the city’s first new office tower in over 20 years. The EPCOR Tower was completed in 2011, included EPCOR and Public Works and Government Services Canada as main tenants.
